BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of Invention
[0001] The present invention relates generally to the assembly of structures for panels and, more particularly, to a frame assembly for installing a display panel that is used for an electronic panel, a poster, a monitor, etc., which is installed in a building, a vehicle or the like, the structure assembly that has an assembly means to make the coupling force between reliable structures, thus preventing the structure assembly from being damaged by external impact, caused, for example, by vibration. 2. Description of the State of the Art
[0002] Generally, conventional signs, posters, etc. include a housing that is provided with a transparent cover, which is printed with advertisement contents, and a light source, such as a fluorescent lamp, an LCD, etc., which is installed in the accommodation.
[0003] A representative example of techniques relating to conventional signboards, billboards, etc. has been proposed in Korean Patent Open Publication No. 10-2008-0084317 (date: September 9, 2008).
[0004] The conventional technique of n 10-2008-0084317 refers to a mounting structure for two-sided advertising indicator structure. The frame structure includes a middle frame wherein a first insertion space is formed over a main support part having a hollow rectangular cross-sectional frame. A plurality of rectangular bars are inserted into the first insertion space. The frame further includes a first elastic frame which is integrally provided under the lower end of the middle frame. The printed sheet, which forms a surface of the two-sided advertising sign, is attached to the first elastic structure. The frame further includes a second elastic frame, which is coupled to an upper end of the frame via a hinge. The printed sheet forming the other surface of the double-sided advertising sign is attached to the second elastic structure. The middle structure and the first elastic structure which form a two-sided advertising signboard structure are integrally manufactured by extrusion. Therefore, the strength of the whole structure of the two-sided advertising signboard can be improved, and the assembly of the same can be facilitated. The printed sheets are inserted into the first and second elastic structures, which are respectively coupled to the upper and lower ends of the middle structure. Therefore, the conventional frame structure with the aforementioned construction can contain the printed sheets more securely.
[0005] Another representative example of conventional techniques has been proposed in Korean Patent Open Publication No. 102012-0129336 (date: November 28, 2012).
[0006] The technique of no. 10-2012-0129336 refers to a signboard structure device. The signboard structure device includes a plurality of profiles each of which has a bar shape with a predetermined cross section. The profiles are coupled together in a predetermined pattern, thus forming a plate structure. Profiles include a bottom plate, side plates and a divider plate. Insertion slots into which a panel is inserted are formed between the side plates and the separation plate in the longitudinal direction. In such a device of signboard structure using a light guide plate for advertising, the light guide plate can be easily inserted and installed in the insertion slots formed by the profiles having simple cross-sectional shapes. An LED bar which is used as a light source for the light guide plate is inserted in a lower space of the insertion slots which is divided by a partition piece. As such, this device of conventional signboard structure is configured in such a way that the light emitting diode bar can also be easily installed in the structure of the device.
[0007] Another representative example of conventional techniques was proposed in Korean Utility Model Open Publication No. 20-2009-0004719 (Date: May 19, 2009).
[0008] This conventional technique refers to a body structure device for an LED advertising signboard. Particularly, the reflector plate and the light scattering plate are placed on the upper and lower surfaces of a light guide plate. The body frame, which has short side plates, is formed using the aluminum material by extrusion so that a billboard module in which a advertising phrase is printed on the surface of the light-scattering board can be inserted into the frame frame. body. The coupling parts that have a pair of guide pieces protruding from the upper ends of the side plates. The advertising board module is inserted between the guide parts. The fixed part and a narrow contact surface which supports one end of the advertising board module are formed in each coupling part. The reflective surface is provided at one end of the fixture and the contact surface close to an inclined angle so that light from the light emitting diode is reflected by the reflective surface, is collected to a central portion, and then diffuses up for advertising board module. A through hole is formed in the coupling part. A mounting guide made of aluminum is inserted into the through hole in a sliding manner. An LED bar, which is made of aluminum and in which a plurality of LEDs are arranged in a row, is installed on the mounting handlebar. In this technique, the body structure, which has the short side plates and is made of aluminum, is formed by extrusion, so that productivity can be improved and the body structure can be easily manufactured with a consistent shape. Furthermore, because the length of the side plate is short, the body frame can be installed in a confined space, such as inside a subway or bus. Also, because the LED bar, which is made of aluminum and is fitted with a plurality of LEDs is installed on the assembly handlebars made of aluminum, the amount of heat generated from the LEDs is transferred to the body structure by the middle of the LED bar and the handlebar assembly before being dissipated outwards through the body frame. Therefore, LEDs can be prevented from being damaged by heat.
[0009] However, the aforementioned conventional techniques are disadvantageous in that when a change in information (a company name or advertisement contents) to be delivered is required, a printed sheet or boards must be remanufactured.
[0010] In an effort to overcome the above problems cheap panels such as LCDs (liquid crystal displays), LEDs (light emitting diodes) etc were introduced. Such electronic display boards that can easily change the information to be delivered in an electronically controlled manner are widely used instead of billboards.
[0011] To install a billboard or the like using such a display panel for an electronic display board, a structure such as a frame is required for mounting the display panel.
[0012] A representative example of such a structure of structures was proposed in Korean Patent Registry No. 10-0751898 (date: Aug 17, 2007).
[0013] This conventional technique refers to a frame structure for electronic devices. In detail, the frame structure includes an outer frame, and a main frame, which is provided on a front surface of the outer frame and has a plate frame on which an LED board is controlled by a control unit which is installed on a surface. front of it. The main structure can be separated from the outer structure, so that when the LED board malfunctions, it can be easily replaced by another one.
[0014] However, in the same way as billboards installed in buildings, buses, etc., the LED board (display panel) is exposed to the outside, so that people easily come in contact with the LED board. Particularly, in the case of a notice structure installed on a bus, there is a problem that the display panel or structure provided with the display panel can easily be damaged by impact caused by vibrations when the bus is being operated. [0034] Only with respect to a structure 10 and related elements, direction reference up, down, left and right is defined based on a sectional view shown in a circle designated by the long and short dash line alternated at the top and left of FIG. 4.
[0035] In the description of the assembly of structure for display panels, although a display or monitor, which is installed on a bus will be described as a representative example, for the sake of description, the present invention can also be applied to various types of panels or monitors, such as an electronic monitor, a sign, etc. installed in a building and is not limited to the display or monitor proposed in the following description.
[0036] Hereinafter, an A-frame assembly for a display panel according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0037] As shown in an assembled front perspective view of FIG. 1A and an assembled rear perspective view of FIG. 1B, a frame assembly A for a display panel in accordance with the present invention includes a display panel 1, a rear cover 2 and a housing 3 enclosing a display panel 1 and the rear cover 2.
[0038] Furthermore, the frame assembly A according to the present invention further includes a mounting means for coupling between the display panel 1, the rear cover 2 and the secure housing 3 .
[0039] The display panel 1 can be a display device such as an LCD (liquid crystal display), OLED (organic light emitting diode), etc., which displays dynamic or static images.
[0040] Alternatively, the display panel 1 can be a static display device, which includes a film with specific patterns or characters, a guide plate and a light source.
[0041] The A-frame assembly, which protects such a display panel and makes it possible to install the display panel indoors or outdoors is used for an electronic display or monitor for indoor or outdoor advertising, or a board, or a monitor that is installed in a large vehicle, such as a bus or the like, in order to provide various types of information and images.
[0042] The display panel 1 includes a display surface for delivering information on an outer surface thereof, that is, on a front surface thereof. The PCB (1A; refer to Fig. 3) for the control of the display surface and power supply, and an electrical wiring for the electrical connection of the PCB are provided on an interior surface, that is, a rear surface of the panel. display 1.
[0043] The rear cover 2 comprises a closed frame of the mount according to the present invention and can be used as an installation means for attaching a separate installation bracket (not shown) or the like to the display device.
[0044] The back cover 2 is made of metal, such as stainless steel, aluminum, etc., of an alloy, such as galvanized iron sheet or synthetic resin.
Housing 3 includes a plurality of frames 10 enclosing display panel 1 and back cover 2 and each of which has a side wall 11, and connecting members 20 connecting frames 10 to one another.
[0046] Typically, the interior surface of the display panel 1, that is, a surface of the display panel 1, to which the PCB (1A; refer to figure 3) and the electrical and electronic connections are connected, can be easily damaged by an external factor, eg making contact with a person. Particularly, in the case of a billboard that is installed on a bus and is easily exposed to the users' hands, it is easily damaged because of the carelessness of the users or vibrations generated during the operation of the bus. Given this, the housing 3 together with the rear cover 2 provides a structure for the side cover and rear surfaces to protect the display panel.
[0047] The connecting member 20 is made of soft material such as synthetic resin, silicone, other elastomer materials so that when the frame 10 and the mounting means 4 are connected to each other, the assembly can be facilitated by the characteristics of fine contraction and elasticity.
[0048] Although there have been several conventional techniques for containing a closed structure to prevent damage resulting from exposure, these conventional techniques are problematic in that they are difficult to manufacture, the production cost is relatively expensive, or the assembly process is very complex.
[0049] In an effort to overcome the aforementioned conventional problems, the present invention is provided with the mounting means 4, which is coupled to the housing, in particular the structures 10, to incorporate the closed structure, and make the coupling between the display panel 1, the rear cover 2 and the safer housing.
[0050] As shown in the exploded perspective view of FIG. 2 and in the rear perspective view of FIG. 3 from which the rear cover 2 has been removed, the mounting means 4 includes securing brackets 30, which press and secure the display panel 1 to the frames 10 of the housing 3, the support brackets 40 supporting the rear cover 2 , and auxiliary supports 50 which assist in coupling between corresponding adjacent structures 10 .
[0051] Before explaining the assembly of the display device and for realizing the closed structure using the mounting means 4, detailed constructions of the structures 10 and the connecting members 20 will be explained in detail below.
[0052] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, structures 10 according to the present invention are respectively coupled to the upper, lower, left and right sides of the display panel 1, particularly having a rectangular shape.
[0053] In detail, as can be understood from the enlarged sectional view shown in a circle designated by the alternating long and short dashed line in the upper and left portion of FIG. 4, each frame 10 has a mounting space 12 into which the top, bottom, left or right edge of the display panel 1 is attached, a connecting piece 13 to which the corresponding fixing bracket 30, the corresponding supporting bracket 40 and the corresponding auxiliary support 50 are coupled, and an insertion slot 14 into which the corresponding connecting member 20 is inserted.
[0054] Furthermore, the mounting space 12 is formed over a support protrusion 12A which is bent inwards from the side wall 11.
[0055] In detail, the support protrusion 12A is bent inwardly from a lower end of the sidewall 11 and extends a predetermined length.
[0056] Furthermore, an alignment ledge 12C that projects inwardly from the side wall 11 is provided above the support ledge 12A.
[0057] The connecting piece 13 projects inwardly from the side wall 11 and is arranged above the alignment protrusion 12C.
[0058] The mounting space 12 for receiving the peripheral edge of the display panel 1 is defined between an upper surface of the support protrusion 12A, a straight end of the alignment protrusion 12C and a lower surface of the support part 13C which is one end of the connecting piece 13.
[0059] A restraining ledge 12B protruding upwards from the support ledge 12A at a position away from the side wall 11 by a predetermined distance, more securely and intimately receiving the display panel 1 in the mounting space 12.
[0060] A guide ledge 12D is formed by bending one end of the alignment ledge 12C downward.
[0061] As can be appreciated from the enlarged perspective view of the connecting member 20 designated by the alternating long and short dashed line in the lower and left portion of fig. 4, a first coupling lug 21 of the connecting member 20 is coupled to a first space 15 which is defined between an inner surface of the lower end of the side wall 11, the alignment lug 12C, the guide lug 12D, the lug of 12A bracket and 12B restraint boss.
[0062] As shown in FIG. 3, the display panel 1 is assembled with the mounting spaces 12. Each fastening bracket 30 is connected to the corresponding connecting piece (13; refer to figure 4) of the frame 10 and can be fastened thereto by application of pressure to display panel 1 (downward based on frame 10 of the enlarged sectional view shown in a circle designated by the long and short dash line alternating at the top and left of FIG. 4).
[0063] For this, the connecting piece 13 of the frame 10 includes a connecting portion 13A which is arranged above the mounting space 12 (in more detail above the alignment protrusion 12C) and connected to the side wall 11, a bent part 13B which is bent under the connecting part 13A, and the support part 13C which is bent into the bent part 13B.
[0064] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, each of the fastening brackets 30 has a "["-shaped cross section, and each of the bent ends thereof is coupled with the corresponding structure 10, in particular, which corresponds to one of the structures 10, together with the left and right edge of display panel 1.
[0065] In detail, the bent end of the fixing bracket 30 is connected, by means of a screw, to a central portion of an upper surface of the bracket part 13C that is provided parallel to the mounting space 12.
[0066] Thereby, pressure is applied to the rear surface of the display panel 1. As a result, the front surface of the display panel 1 comes into intimate contact with the upper surface of the support protrusion 12A which forms the space of assembly 12.
[0067] The support brackets 40 connect the frames 10, which are coupled to the upper and lower edges of the display panel 1, to each other. As needed, support brackets 40 can be configured to connect the left and right sides of frame 10 together.
[0068] In detail, the support brackets 40 are coupled to the corresponding support parts 13C of the structures 10 and support the rear cover 2, which protects the rear surface of the display panel 1.
[0069] As shown in FIG. 4, auxiliary supports 50 are diagonally coupled to the ends of frames 10 to connect the upper and lower frames to the left and right frames. In this way, the structures 10 that are coupled to the connecting members 20 can be reliably prevented from being moved up, down, to the left or to the right or from being separated from one another.
[0070] In detail, each of the side parts 50B provided on opposite sides of the auxiliary support 50 and each of the opposite ends of a body part 50A of the auxiliary support 50 are respectively attached by means of screws to the bent part 13B and the support part 13C of the connecting piece 13 at the corresponding end of one of the frames 10, which are respectively coupled to the four edges of the display panel 1.
[0071] Two bifurcated protrusions 14A spaced apart from each other are provided above the connecting piece 13 at the upper end of the side wall 11 and are folded inwards. The insertion slot 14 is defined between bifurcating protrusions 14A. The back cover 2 is inserted into the insertion slot 14 to protect the rear surface of the display panel 1.
[0072] The coupling structure of the structures 10 and the connecting members 20 that constitute the housing 3 will be explained with reference to FIG. 4.
[0073] The mounting space 12 of the frame 10 and the space defined between the connecting piece 13 and the insertion slot 14, functions as a connecting means for the connecting element 20.
[0074] The first space 15 is defined between the sidewall 11 and the mounting space 12 of the frame 10, in detail, between the sidewall 11, the restraining ledge 12B and the alignment ledge 12C. The first coupling protrusion 21 of the connecting member 20 is inserted into the first space 15.
[0075] Guide protrusion 12D which is bent down from the end of alignment protrusion 12C forms the mounting space 12 into which display panel 1 is inserted. In addition, guide ledge 12D plugs a portion of an opening of the first space 15 and orients the first coupling ledge 21 of the connecting member 20 which is inserted into the first space 15. Also the guide ledge 12D functions to prevent the first ledge from coupling 21 is undesirably removed from the first space 15.
[0076] Furthermore, a second space 16 is formed between the alignment ledge 12C and the connecting piece 13. The connecting member 20 includes a second coupling ledge 22 which is coupled to the second space 16 and is spaced from the first mating boss.
[0077] The bent part 13B of the connecting piece 13 of the frame 10 also functions as a guide and prevention of removal of means for the second coupling protrusion 22, in the same way as that of the guide protrusion 12D.
[0078] A third space 17 is formed between the connecting part 13A of the connecting piece 13 of the frame 10 and the bifurcating projections 14A, which define the insertion groove 14 between them. The connecting member 20 further includes a third coupling lug 23 which is coupled to the third space 17 and is spaced apart from the second coupling lug.
[0079] Preferably, the first, second and third coupling lugs 21, 22 and 23 are respectively inserted into the first, second and third spaces 15, 16 and 17 in a tight fitting manner.
[0080] As such, the connecting components 20 that are made of a soft material such as synthetic resin, silicone, or other elastomer materials are disposed at the corners of a board, notice structure or the monitor, which is installed in a location that is prone to make contact with people. Thus, the connecting members 20 prevent people from being hurt in corners.
[0081] Furthermore, when ss structures 10 and assembling means 4 are connected to each other, the fine contractility or elasticity of the connecting members 20 increases the assembling.
[0082] Furthermore, the connecting members 20 function to protect the display panel 1 from impact applied to the corners of the display panel 1, the frames 10 or the rear cover 2.
[0083] The first, second and third coupling protrusions 21, 22 and 23 which are configured to be separated from each other, improve such contractility, elasticity and shock absorption capacity.
[0084] If each of the ends of the flexible connecting member 20 has only a single integrated structure, the connecting member 20 can easily be undesirably detached from the structure.
[0085] However, as shown in the drawings, in the present invention, each of the soft connecting member ends 20 includes coupling protrusions 21, 22 and 23 which respectively are inserted into spaces 15, 16 and 17 of frame 10 Made of hard material.
[0086] In this case, the soft connecting member 20 that is coupled to the end of the frame is not easily removed therefrom. As such, the bond strength between the frame 10 and the bonding member 20 can also be increased.
[0087] Furthermore, an elastic coupling member 23A protrudes upwards from the third coupling boss 23 of the connecting member 20, so as to further increase the bonding force between the frame 10 and the connecting member 20.
[0088] The third space 17 is formed by bending the upper end of the side wall 11 which has the insertion slot 14 therein. In consideration of manufacturing convenience and material characteristics, the third space 17 is shaped to be rounded and is small compared to the first space 15. Therefore, when the third coupling protrusion 23 is inserted into the third space 17, a small range is easily formed. Given this, it is preferable that the third coupling protrusion 23 has the elastic coupling member 23A which can fill such a gap and increase the bond strength.
[0089] Preferably, the elastic coupling element 23A is made of the same material as that of the connecting component 20 and is integrally formed with the connecting member 20. In consideration of the error in the fabrication of the structure 10, the elastic coupling element 23A has a larger cross-sectional area than the third space 17. The elastic coupling element 23A is configured in such a way that it can be fitted with the corresponding element after a worker cuts a part of the cross-section of the coupling element. elastic 23A.
[0090] As indicated above, in the present invention, the assembly spaces 12, the connecting pieces 13 and the insertion slots 14 of the structures 10 that constitute the housing 3 function to couple the assembly elements A to the assembly means 4 .
[0091] Furthermore, the mounting spaces 12, the connecting pieces 13 and the insertion slots 14 function as a means for coupling the connecting components 20, to the structures 10, thus making the coupling of the connecting members 20 the 10 safe structures.
The protrusions 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D, 13A, 13B, 13C and 14A, which are connected to the side wall 11 to form the mounting space 12 of the frame 10, the connecting piece 13 and the insertion groove 14 can also prevent moisture or water from entering the display panel through the edges of the display panel, when a person spills drinks or water on the display panel, as a result of carelessness or the display panel is exposed to the outside, ie rain or snow.
[0093] Furthermore, the housing (the housing assembly 3, the mounting means 4 and the rear cover 2) for the display panel 1, which includes the frames 10, the connecting members 20, the fixing brackets 30 , the support brackets 40, the auxiliary supports 50 and the rear cover 2 have a simple structure, formed with a minimized number of parts, and can be easily assembled. Furthermore, even if the size of display panel 1 is changed, the housing for display panel 1 can be used compatibly.
[0094] Therefore, the display panel according to the present invention can be used as signs, posters, monitors, etc., for various purposes and in various categories. Furthermore, the display panel according to the present invention can be significantly improved in terms of competitiveness in production cost, which is a very critical factor related to profitability and competitive energy market.
[0095] In addition, the present invention has a high stability and shock resistance in the assembled state and can also provide lightweight waterproof characteristics.
[0096] The structures 10 is made of metal such as stainless steel, aluminum, alloy materials, other synthetic resin materials so that it can be prevented from being easily damaged by external shock.
[0097] The structures 10 and the housing (the housing assembly 3, the assembly means 4 and the back cover 2) are manufactured by extrusion, lamination, injection molding, pressing, etc., and then treated by post-processing, for example, drilling.
[0098] Next, the coupling structure of the elements 30, 40 and 50 that constitute the mounting means 4 for forming the closed structure of the frame assembly and making reliable coupling will be described in more detail.
[0099] Each auxiliary support 50 assists the coupling between the corresponding 10 adjacent structures, thus increasing the coupling force. Auxiliary support 50 includes body portion 50A and wing portions 50B, which are respectively formed by bending at opposite ends of body portion 50A.
[0100] Preferably, each wing part 50B is bent from the body part 50A such that the wing part 50B contacts the bent part surface 13B of the connecting piece 13 of the corresponding structure 10.
[0101] Coupling holes that overlap each other are formed, respectively, in the bent part 13B of the connecting piece 13 and the wing part 50B of the auxiliary support 50. A fastening means (in particular, a screw) is tightened in the coupling holes so that the auxiliary bracket 50 can be securely coupled to the corresponding end of the frame 10.
[0102] Furthermore, the coupling holes, which overlap each other, are respectively formed in the body part 50A of the auxiliary support 50 and the support part 13C of the connecting piece 13. A fastening means (in particular, a screw) is also tightened in the coupling holes, so that the coupling force between adjacent structures can be further improved.
[0103] Preferably, a tool insertion hole 11A (by a screwdriver or screwdriver), which is illustrated in an enlarged perspective view, shown in a circle designated by the alternating long and short dashed line on the side right and the lower portion of FIG. 4 is further formed in sidewall 11, in a position adjacent to each end of frame 10.
[0104] By virtue of the tool insertion hole 11A, it is possible to couple each part of the wing 50B of the auxiliary support 50 to the corresponding bent part 13B of the connecting piece 13, using a tool, even outside the corresponding structure 10.
[0105] The insertion tool hole 11A is formed in a position corresponding to the coupling holes formed in the wing part 50B and the corresponding folded part 13B. Preferably, the size of the insertion tool hole 11A is somewhat larger than that of the coupling holes in order to facilitate the work of a tightening screw with the tool.
[0106] As can be understood from fig. 2 to 4, each support element 40 includes a contact support 40A part which contacts the rear cover 2 and supports it so as to prevent the rear cover 2 from being curved inwards, and coupling support 40B which are respectively bent opposite the contact of the support part 40A and are coupled to the support parts 13C of the connecting pieces 13 of the corresponding structures 10.
[0107] Coupling holes that overlap each other are formed, respectively, in the coupling bracket part 40B and bracket part 13C so that the support bracket (or fastening means, in particular screws), which are fastened into the coupling holes.
[0108] As shown in FIG. 2, tool insertion slot 2A through which the tool is inserted into the clamping members 42 are formed at one end of the back cover 2, in particular on opposite sides of the lower edge of the back cover 2. In this embodiment, two groups, each of which includes three tool insertion slots 2A are formed respectively on the left and right sides of the lower edge of the back cover 2.
[0109] The frame tree 10 are respectively coupled with the top, left and right edges of the display panel 1. The connecting members 20 are respectively coupled to both upper corners of the display panel 1 between the frames 10 .
[0110] The fixing brackets 30 are coupled to the respective structures 10 left and right.
[0111] The two auxiliary supports 50 are coupled to the respective joints being the upper structure 10 and the structures 10 on the left and right side.
[0112] Furthermore, the two support brackets 40 are arranged in such a way that the upper coupling holes of the support brackets 40 are aligned with the coupling holes of the support part 13C of the connecting piece 13 of the upper frame 10 The fastening members (or fastening means, in particular screws) are tightened into the coupling holes.
[0113] Subsequently, the upper wing parts 50B and the upper portions of the body parts 50A of the two lower auxiliary supports 50 are coupled to the curved parts 13B and the support parts 13C of the connecting pieces 13 on the left and right sides of structures 10 by means of fixation.
[0114] The rear cover 2 is then inserted into the corresponding insertion slots 14 which are defined between the bifurcating protrusions 14A of the frames 10.
[0115] The connecting members 20 are mounted on the lower ends of the left and right sides of the frames 10. The lower frame 10 is coupled to the connecting members 20 that are arranged at both ends of the lower edge of the display panel 1.
[0116] Alternatively, the two connecting members 20 may first be mounted at both ends of the lower frame 10, before this assembly of the lower frame 10 and the two connecting members 20 is fitted with the left and right sides of the frames 10 in such a way that the upper part of the coupling protrusions 21, 22 and 23 of the connecting members 20 are respectively inserted in spaces 15, 16 and 17 on the left and right side structures 10.
[0117] Thereafter, by means of the insertion tool notches 2A formed on opposite sides of the lower edge of the rear cover 2, the fastening means is tightened into the coupling holes of the coupling support parts 40B of the support support 40 and the coupling holes of the support piece 13C of the connecting piece 13 of the lower frame 10, thus completing the assembly process.
[0118] Furthermore, the coupling of the coupling holes of the lower parts of the wing 50B of the two lower auxiliary supports 50i to the bent part 13B of the connecting piece 13 of the lower frame is performed through the tool insertion holes 11A formed in the wall side 11 of the lower frame 10.
[0119] As needed, tool insertion holes or notches can be formed at predetermined positions in the rear cover 2 to make it possible to tighten the fastening means, i.e. screws, both in the coupling holes formed in the support part 13C of the connecting piece 13 of the lower frame 10 and into the coupling holes formed in the lower portions of the body parts 50A of the two lower auxiliary supports 50.
[0120] As such, because tool insertion slots 2A are formed in the rear cover 2, even after the assembly of the rear cover 2 is completed, the work of coupling the structures 10 to the support brackets 40 that are arranged in a closed area on the 3 accommodation is possible. Hence, the working and assembly convenience can be improved.
[0121] In addition, the support part 13C of each connecting piece 13 and the corresponding fixing bracket 30 have coupling holes that overlap each other. A simple fastening member or fastening means, particularly a screw, is fastened to these coupling holes to couple the support part 13C to the fastening bracket 30.
[0122] The fastening element preferably comprises a screw or bolt to securely attach the coupling holes to each other. Although not shown in the drawings, as required, a nut or similar can also be used.
[0123] Coupling holes and fastening members can be changed several times in number and size according to the selection of a production company. More preferably, for ease of production, the coupling holes and the fasteners are made to be the same size.
[0124] In addition, the frame assembly according to the present invention preferably further includes sealing members, which cover the tool insertion holes 11a and the tool insertion slot 2A, thus providing a closed structure more securely.
[0125] Each sealing member comprises an elastic stop made of synthetic resin, adhesive tape or a sealing plate made of the same material as the frame 10. The sealing element is preferably attached to the corresponding part by a gluing method or the like .
[0126] In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the sealing plates are used as the sealing elements.
[0127] As shown in FIG. 2, the rear cover 2 further has an electrical wiring hole 2B through which the internal electrical cables are led to the outside, and a through hole 2C which is provided for a power switch, a remote controller, or the like. Electrical wiring hole 2B and through hole 2C are covered with flexible cover members, made of waterproof material, so as to avoid damage from related elements due to vibrations or shocks.
[0128] The rear cover 2 further includes a 2D mounting hole through which a mounting bracket (not shown) for installing the frame mount is attached to the rear cover 2.
[0129] That is, the mounting bracket is attached to the rear cover 2 through the 2D mounting hole, and the worker can easily install the frame mounting according to the present invention, on a wall of a building, of a bus , etc using the mounting bracket.
[0130] Single 2D mounting hole can be formed in rear cover 2. As required, a plurality of 2D mounting holes can be provided. Each support bracket 40 has a 2D mounting hole that corresponds to the mounting hole of the rear cover 2. Thus, the support brackets 40 function not only as an internal support means for the rear cover 2, but also as a means for disperse the concentrated load on the rear cover 2 when the mounting bracket is attached to the rear cover 2, making the installation of the frame mount safer, and preventing the frame mount from being undesirably displaced from the original installation location.
[0131] The 2D mounting hole can be covered by the mounting bracket that mounts to the rear cover 2, or by a separate sealing element. The number of 2D mounting holes can also be adjusted. In these forms, the closed structure of the invention to prevent the internal elements from being damaged by external factors can be guaranteed.
[0132] Hereinafter, the assembly process of the A-frame assembly according to the present invention will be described in detail along with an explanation of the coupling relationship and the method of coupling the mounting means 4.
[0133] In the following description, although the frame assembly, which has a rectangular plate shape as shown in the drawings, will be explained as a representative example, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible. Therefore, the limits of the present invention should not be limited to the following description.
[0134] The two connecting members 20 are respectively coupled to both ends of the upper frame 10. The right and left frame 10, respectively, are coupled to the remaining coupling lugs of the frame 10 left to right and, thus forming a subset that has an opening on one of its sides.
[0135] Therefore, the display panel 1 is coupled to the sub-assembly in a sliding way. Therefore, the rear bent parts of the fastening brackets 30, each of which has a "[" shape, are respectively coupled to the support parts 13C of the connecting pieces 13 on the left and right sides of the frames 10 so that the bent portions of the front of the fixture bracket press the display panel 1 towards the front surfaces of the frames 10, i.e. towards the support ledges 12A of the frames 10 and thus support the display panel 1.
[0136] In this way, the display panel 1, which is coupled to the housing, in other words the structures 10, can be minimized so that the available screen area of the display panel 1 can become as large as possible .
[0137] As a result, the overall size of a typical monitor or tablet that is installed in a building, a bus, etc. becomes similar to the size of display 1, whereby the installation space restriction can be reduced.
[0138] Thereafter, the support brackets 40 are mounted with the frame 10 that faces the opening, in particular at positions adjacent to the joints between the upper frame 10 and the left and right side 10 frames.
[0139] In this state, because the rear cover 2 is not yet assembled, the worker can easily couple the elements together using a tool such as a screwdriver.
[0140] Subsequently, the upper right and left parts of the auxiliary supports 50 which are arranged in the lowest position are respectively assembled with the lower left and right ends of the frames 10.
[0141] The mounting of the lower left and right auxiliary supports 50 can also be easily carried out, because the rear cover 2 is provided. The mounting of the support brackets 40 and the mounting of the auxiliary brackets 50 can be changed in order or carried out at the same time.
[0142] After the upper coupling holes of the two support brackets 40 are aligned with the coupling holes of the support part 13C of the connecting piece 13 of the upper structure 10, the fastening members (or fastening means, in particular , screws) are tightened in the coupling holes.
[0143] With the exception of the assembly of the rear cover, the lower frame 10, and the lower portions of the wing parts and the body parts of the lower left and right auxiliary supports 50, after the assembly of the remaining mounting means 4 is completed, the worker inserts the rear cover 2 into the insertion slots 14 on the left and frames 10 on the right through the opening of the sub-assembly, i.e. through the lower open part of the sub-assembly.
[0144] After assembly of the rear cover 2 with frames 10 has been completed, the lower frame is coupled to the opening of the sub-assembly.
[0145] Before that, the connecting members 20 are inserted into the lower ends of the left and right sides of the structures 10, and then the lower structure 10 is coupled to the lower connecting members 20. Here, thanks to the elastic characteristics of the link members 20, lower frame 10 can be coupled to lower link members 20, even after assembly of lower link members 20, with left and right frame 10 being completed.
[0146] Alternatively, after the two lower connecting members 20 are respectively mounted at both ends of the lower frame 10, the lower frame 10 can be assembled with the sub-assembly 10 and 20 in such a way that the upper coupling lugs 21, 22 and 23 of the lower connecting members 20 are respectively installed in spaces 15, 16 and 17 on the left and right side structures 10.
[0147] In this step, the display panel 1 and the back cover 2 are respectively inserted into the mounting space 12 and the insertion slot 14 of the lower frame 10.
[0148] As needed, the worker can attach the lower frame 10 (or depending on an assembly order, the upper, left or right, frame 10, in other words frame 10 to be finally assembled) to the sub- tightly together, after the corresponding connecting members 20 have been coupled to both ends of the lower frame 10.
[0149] In the frame assembly according to the present invention, between the frames 10, which are assembled with each other, tool insertion hole 11A is formed in the frame 10 to be finally mounted, in this embodiment, on the frame bottom 10, thus making it possible for the worker to easily carry out the work of tightening the fastening elements in the housing. Furthermore, exposure of the fasteners to the outside can be minimized, thus avoiding a problem of the frame assembly being reduced in coupling force or the fastening elements being damaged.
[0150] In other words, the tool insertion hole 10a is formed in the frame 10 to be assembled, in the last assembly step. Therefore, after the assembly of the frames 10 has been completed, the worker can fasten, using a tool, the fastening members in the coupling holes of the curved parts 13B of the frame 10 and the auxiliary supports 50 that are installed in the housing.
[0151] Furthermore, in the present invention, the fastening elements are not exposed outside the housing, so that the fastening elements can be prevented from being damaged.
[0152] In addition, tool insertion notches 2A are formed on the edge of the back cover 2 which is adjacent to the opening of the sub-assembly. Therefore, the worker can easily use the instrument to fasten the fastening elements 42 to the coupling holes of the support brackets and the support part 13C of the frame 10.
[0153] As such, the worker can easily perform the assembly work from the frame assembly to the display panel, which has the closed frame.
[0154] In addition, the frame assembly according to the present invention is configured in such a way that various types of adjustment worktables can be used, for example a worktable, which can expose the perimeter of the panel. Worktable display can be used so that during the assembly process of the A-frame assembly, the worker can easily assemble the frames to the top, bottom, left and right edges of the display panel while the panel screen display 1 facing down. In this case, the operator can conduct the assembly process in a consecutive order, without having to lift or move the sub-assembly. Therefore, as far as frame assembly is concerned, which is assembled with a large display panel, only a single worker or a few of the workers are needed for the assembly work. Thus, the economic feasibility and work efficiency can be significantly improved.
[0155] The sealing members are connected to tool insertion holes 10A and tool insertion slots 2A so that the frame assembly can have a more secure closed structure. Furthermore, the elements provided to ensure the bonding strength can be prevented from being exposed to the outside, whereby the appearance of the frame assembly can be prevented from deteriorating, and the design of the supporting structure can become simple.
[0156] As described above, in a panel frame assembly in accordance with the present invention, a fixture bracket, a support member and an auxiliary support are provided in a housing that not only incorporates a closed housing structure that surrounds the display panel and a back cover, but also to make the coupling between the reliable elements, thus increasing durability.
[0157] In addition, in the frame assembly according to the present invention, the structures have a simple structure, so that the elements can be coupled to the structures in a simple way of coupling, for example, in a way of sliding coupling . Thus, only a few of the workers are required to carry out the work of assembling the set of structures. In other words, functionality can be markedly improved.
[0158] In addition, the frame assembly according to the present invention has a tool insertion hole and a tool insert notch, through which a tool can be inserted into the frame assembly, thus making the coupling internal of a possible mounting means even after the structure mounting process has been completed. Thus, working convenience can be improved.
[0159] Although a frame assembly of a display panel according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention has been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the appended claims.
